Nevada State Assembly District 21

My name is Jon Ozark, and I am proud to be your candidate for the Nevada State Assembly representing District 21.

It is because of my deep-rooted belief in public service that I have made the decision to seek this important office. Over the last several months, I have spent a considerable amount of time talking with citizens across the district – as a Republican volunteer for the caucuses, as a taxpayer’s advocate, and as a citizen registering people to vote.

And after listening to people across our neighborhood, I learned a few things. I know you are frustrated by gridlock in government. I know you are angry about illegal immigration. And I know you are tired of paying a lot of taxes – and feeling like you are getting nothing in return.

And through this process, I have come to realize that the folks of the 21st district need more honest representation. We need new ideas. We need conservative principles. And we need leadership that other lawmakers and policy makers will respect.

As your citizen assemblyman, I will speak loudly – and boldly – about the issues concerning us all. I will support those in Carson City who want to keep our taxes low. I will speak loudly about finding real solutions to our traffic and growth woes. And I will be sure that illegal immigrants don’t abuse the hardworking taxpayer.
